Maybe : It is very difficult to be sure without examination and if it is becoming bigger this may indicate need for drainage to treat and control the infection. Please see a doctor urgently

Seek urgent medical: Any abscess can lead to serious complications due to spreading infection.. Bleeding, if more than minimal also requires urgent evaluation and treatment. Unless you are already on antibiotics, you may need antibiotics as well as surgical drainage ( I and D) without anymore delay.
