Consider GI: if omeprazole or other "proton pump inhibitor" drug class not work, talk to GI doc, rv proper use (take first thing a.m. followed by decent meal 30-60min later: don't skip breakfast or take w meal). Life style chgs e.g. avoid mint, coffee, alcohol, chocolate and smoking, no late snacks, decrease size of meals, weight reduce, avoid fatty foods. saliva may helps reduce symptoms. happy to consult
