Muscle fatigue: If this is intermittent and occurs mainly while reading and focusing, it is most likely related to mild muscle imbalance and slight muscle fatigue. It is very reassuring that your vision is excellent and this is intermittent and is not a new finding.

One second rapid movement of eyes crossing then re focusing. Only happens when I look at my phone too long and its only happened a handful of times. Does not look like strabismus or nystagmus videos. Its very quick. Maybe less than a second even?

I made a video of my eyes. For the most part they stay straight but they did have a little movement after I stared awhile. It was a small movement . It wasnt a jerk or rapid movement. Is this nystagmus? When I focus on something they dont move?
