A member asked:

I have occasionnal right nystagmus since childhood. mostly happens when focusing/reading. my vision is great. is there an explanation/cause for this?

Muscle fatigue: If this is intermittent and occurs mainly while reading and focusing, it is most likely related to mild muscle imbalance and slight muscle fatigue. It is very reassuring that your vision is excellent and this is intermittent and is not a new finding.
