I have accidently been using betamethasone dipropotionate for acne what to do now?

Acne medication: Stop the betamethasone (steroid cream)- this can increase acne. Instead use products containing benzoyl peroxide (5-10%) and adapalene. Use benzoyl peroxide in am, adapalene at night. Apply medication to acne lesions only. Use a mild cleanser to wash face before applying medication. Use water based moisturizer for skin after applying medication.
