Terrible idea: Betamethasone will interfere with your body's ability to fight the bacteria that cause acne. The pimples may regress as the bacteria overgrow, but they will have won and your disease will get worse. You are asking for a secondary infection, and if you keep doing this, the skin on your face will atrophy. Benzoyl peroxide and your physician are your two best friends.
