Terrible choice: It will suppress the inflammation just enough to give the bacteria a growth edge for the long run, and cause some overgrowth of the sebaceous glands that keep the disease going. Get some topical benzoyl peroxide, use it aggressively and if you're not clear in two weeks, get with a competent physician.
