Can the antibiotics and meds given during a tooth extractions cause blood in my stool.

Depends: It is more likely that you swallowed some of the blood from the tooth extraction site and that can give a positive result on stool test, depending on the type of test done. You may wish to repeat the test in a couple of weeks.

Blood: If you see blood in your stool it's from a GI issue, not the extractions or the meds. If you have an occult blood stool sample test done shortly after the extractions, it may she a false positive due to your swallowing blood at the time of the extractions. If so, repeat the test a few weeks post-extraction.
