Experts, might someone know if the blood clot fell out after a tooth extraction?

Blood clot: Blood clots form at the bottom of the socket after a tooth is removed. They normally do not fall out although they can be pulled out by over vigorous rinsing soon after an extraction. Sometimes a clot does not form creating a dry socket. Symptoms of this would be severe pain, pus, bad odor.

Absolutely: Yes, you would have a lot of pain in the socket and it is usually worse than a toothache.
