Re-evaluate : If the pressure is unbearable the safest option is reevaluation. Hopefully you had a urine culture sent and treatment is empiric at first. MD may consider augmenting your UTI therapy and ovarian cysts may cause torsion or there could be undetected pathology that needs reassessment. Need your full medical history, meds, age, vitals. Hie,Am having right ovarian cyst 50mm*30mm size .It is paining,symptoms are like urinary urgency,lower abdomen pain,lower abdomen pressure.
