Hie,am having right ovarian cyst 50mm*30mm size .it is paining,symptoms are like urinary urgency,lower abdomen pain,lower abdomen pressure.

See a Dr: If an ovarian cyst is causing discomfort and urinary urgency, it needs further workup to ensure that it has not twisted or ruptured. Pressure on the lower abdomen probably means the cyst is increasing in size and needs re-evaluation to ensure there is no associated fibroid in the uterus. Alternatively the symptoms can be due to a simple Urinary tract infection. See a Dr to get your urine tested
