Yes: Infection of the bladder can give someone several symptoms including need to void frequently, urgency and burning on urination. The person may think they may very little urine coming out because the bladder is irritated and giving you the false urge to urinate before the bladder capacity is reached, so very little urine comes out each time to urinate.
