Normal : That can be normal. It means one tonsil was affected so far. It could also be good particles trapped in the tonsil spaces. Gargle with warm salt water 2-3 times a day and it should improve. Look in the mirror and try to see the tonsil and condition of the tissues. If you yellow stuff or particles consider seeing a doctor if it persists
