Hard to say: Time specific symptoms can relate to activity changes.Does a busy day distract you from pain you would feel, but the evening/night make you more aware ? Does this amplify when lying down or after consuming the evening meal ?Is it stomach or chest wall ? Do you occasionally burp up some of your meal ? This could be reflux related. If antacids help, you may want to see your doc for exam/treatment.
