Left abdominal pain: There are a few possibilities: if female, could be ovulation or an ovarian cyst. Regularly recurring pain could be a kidney stone on that side. Drink lots of water to flush it through. If you develop fevers and diarrhoea, it might be infection in the large intestine called diverticulosis. You need to see a doctor for this. There are other possibilities too, so if it gets worse, see someone.
