Prolapse?: External hemorrhoids are usually painful. A prolapsed internal hemorrhoid can be painless. It could also be a prolapsed rectum. You would need to be examined to determine exactly what it is but google these images and compare yourself.

Could be: Could be hemorrhoids, prolapse or just irritation. If it does not go away after rest you will need a health care provider to look at it.
