Try this: Eat 1 cup of Fiber One (original) cereal (28 grams of fiber, 120 calories) daily. To make it more palatable, try adding fresh or frozen blueberries or strawberries. Sugar or sweetener may help too. Expect a nice, bulky soft stool beginning in 2-4 days. Meanwhile, try sitting in a warm tub with epsom salts for at least 15 minutes at least twice a day till the hemorrhoids are better.
