A little experiment: External hemorrhoids are no fun! Exercising to shed weight & enhance blood circulation will definitely help but we've got to protect those exposed blood vessels from friction. 1st, clean thoroughly with soap & water or hygiene wipes. 2nd, experiment with lubricants: coat generously with A&D, Bag Balm, Lanolin, Triple Paste, or even Active-Flex Band-Aid Blister Block.
