Hmmm ... separate??: Hard 2 know what "torn apart" =, but assume pain all over abdomen. Ulcers, gallbladder*, crohns disease*, stomach irritation could cause this, and * ones can give swelling. More talk w/a doctor is needed to sort this out. Painful "hemorrhoids" (only word most know for pain @ butt) might be a tear, hems w/clot, tumor, warts, abscess -- see someone soon. Only thing w/both is cirrhosis of liver.
