31 m difficulty catching a breath. getting worse for 8 months. feel and hear a clicking noise in throat sometimes on the day. headaches/ migraines all around everyday for the past 6 months nonstop. what lung test is a full workup to rule out cancer?

SOB, migraines: Doubt cancer. May be reflux which can cause SOB, and migraines as the acid can reflux all the way to the lungs and sinuses.Could try ranitidine twice a day and prilosec clicking in throat can be from reflux as one of the causes of globus pharyngis is reflux ( other causes include cricophyaryngeal spasm -elongated styloid - thyrodi). Would check thyroid as well f/u /w /doc
