Make an appointment: today to see a Urologist! These are serious and, at a minimum, very inconvenient symptoms. You are young for prostate enlargement with obstruction. I am more concerned about a nerve problem or some type of growth that might be interfering with proper nerve function. See a Doctor (preferably a urology specialist) ASAP. Good wishes:)
