OAB vs BPH: Frequent urination is part of definition of overactive bladder. However, it can also be caused by an enlarged prostate (benign prostate hypertrophy or bph) or even by diabetes (mellitus vs insipidus), not to mention (non)prescription diuretics. Coffee & alcohol come to mind, too. Early generation allergy meds such as Diphenhydramine can help & hinder while cold meds can worsen. Go see your doc!
