How come my bladder gets full with just 2hrs sleep and i can go for 10hrs of being awake without the need to urinate?

Legs up. : One reason is fluid accumulation in the legs. During the day (legs down), gravity may keep fluid in the legs. While sleeping (legs up, on the same horizontal plane as the heart), the legs will drain, sending fluid through the heart to the kidneys and then bladder.

Edema: Fluid accumulates in the legs when you are upright but it goes to the kidneys when recumbent
