Probably wrong: If you have tinea versicolor, the fluconazole pill will be 1 dose, perhaps 1 more after a week. If you use ketoconazole cream, use every day. If the Dr thinks it is tinea corporis then it must be determined how you got it. A few reddish-brown spots on your right back is not a good description of either tinea.
