Is diflucan supposed to be taken once a week or for a few days in a row? i have been prescribed it twice now from 2 different doctors and both times took it days in a row. it is also confirmed as a fungal infection?

Each dose lasts a week, and a single dose of fluconcazole (Diflucan) is usually all that is needed. Many fungal infections are resistant to all "azole" drugs. Check with your doctor; if things remain uncertain, ask for referral to an infectious diseases specialists.
