Probably not fungal: Without examining you it is not possible to say 100%. However, it is possible that you have a bacterial folliculitis. If Diflucan (fluconazole) did not work then it is likely not fungal. I recommend you see someone for this, possibly have one of these areas cultured which should help best direct your treatment.
