Alternate treatment: Probably you are referring to a genital infeciton, i.e. vaginal yeast infection. A few percent of them are resistant to all "azole" drugs. Ask your doctor about alternate treatments like caspofungin, nystatin, or flucytosine. You may need to see an infectious diseases specialist or a gyn who specializes in infections. Good luck!
