Heamturia: If it is red it is likely blood. The question is where is it from? Menstruation? It could be a UTI even with no symptoms. Unlikely anything serious at your age but you should see your doctor and have the urine tested and have the condition checked out.

Urine culture came back negative but the dip stick test was positive for red blood cells. Doesnt burn while I pee but continually burns after I pee. Also have low back pain mid to left side of back. What can cause this if not uti? Cancer?
