How do i do cognitive behavioral therapy to stop picking my fingers?

Dr. Bernard Seif answered

Specializes in Clinical Psychology

Picking at fingers: This behavior MAY be a form of OCD. It needs to be treated by a mental health pro who specializes in OCD such as a clinical psychologist. Some self-help can be found in a book called "Feeling Good" by David Burns. Peace and good health.
