Obgyn evaluation: Consider seeing a Obgyn for basic blood work. Your doctor may want to check your FSH, TSH and Prolactin levels. They can also review the sonogram paying specific attention to your endometrial thickness. A 1.2 cm endometrial stripe could be a little bit thicker than one expects to see if the patient were in menopause. Each case will need to be assessed individually
