Endometriosis suspected, us perfomed. left ovary measured 1.5x2.7 x3 cm with dominant follicle. 6 mo. later extreme pain on left. could it be a cyst?

Possible : It is possible to have severe pain from an ovarian cyst. In addition there many other causes that can do this. A sonogram 6 months prior would not be very helpful in making the current diagnosis.
