Dont worry: Cyst on the ovary is not much to worry about, unless it is very big.

I have 1.7 cm complex cyst on one ovary and 1.9 cm paraovarian cyst other side found US last week. No period in 3 years and age 42. All labs and hormone levels normal. Should I request for more testing other than follow up US in 6 weeks?
I have enlarged ovaries and predominant follicles on both ovaries possibly measuring 20 or more. Got a blood test to check for pcos and hormone levels are good. I got checked for thyroid and those test were good as well. Any clue?
