i'm with cold with severe transparent cough, only this symptom, if my saliva or nose secretion enter in contact with my eye, can i develop pink eye?

Only proper virus: Most respiratory viruses that cause the common cold, will not affect the eye. There are a few that can infect both systems. It seems you have a cold which is lodged deeper in the respiratory system (thus the cough) and this is unlikely to affect your eyes.
