Facial Fractuures: He may have facial bone and dental fractures. Most likely a broken nose and eye socket or cheek bone. He may also have loose or broken teeth. He needs a physical exam and X-rays. If he has bone fractures, he will need surgery to prevent permanent deformity and disfigurement.
