It's been a couple of days since blurriness in one of my eyes. how long will it take to heal? i have severe cough and cold, and blow my nose a lot.

Viral syndrome: Your description is most consistent with a viral syndrome. The blurry vision may be due to eye surface irritation from conjunctivitis but it also can be related to inflammation in the cornea (keratitis) or rarely iritis. Since the blurriness seems to be persistent, i would go see an eye doctor.
