Benadryl can work: You can try Benadryl but I would avoid taking something for sleep. You can become dependent on medication over time if you use for sleep. Another option is Melatonin. It won't make you sleepy but helps regulate sleep cycle. I would do some basic research on sleep hygiene techniques. Avoid caffeine, tobacco , alcohol. Make sure room is dark quiet. Keep regular sleep schedule. Etc.
