Can't find this complete term anywhere. only each word what is irregular hypoechoic hypervascular mass in breast?

Needs evaluation: I can tell you what the terms mean but you need to discuss these finding with your doctor to decide what follow up is needed. Irregular means it is not round and smooth. Hypoechoic means that it is less dense than the surrounding tissue. Hypervascular means that there are extra blood vessels going to the area. See your doctor for follow up on these findings.
