Pain after bending: It is difficult to be certain which of what I will mention is your problem without physical examination. You either have inflamed left sacroiliac joint or irritation of a branch of the sciatic nerve. A prescription for a Medrol pack, use of heat, rest of the area, no prolonged sitting or standing and no lifting , pushing,or pulling until the pain has resolved. Have a check up with your MD.
