Can pain in liver area be due to some other factor? ultrasound of liver, spleen, and pancreas are ok.

Often when a person: experiences pain in the right upper quadrant/RUQ of the abdomen one is tempted to say it is liver pain...the liver is the largest organ in that part of the body. Pain in the RUQ can come from the skin/muscles of the abdominal wall (shingles, muscle strain), inflammation of abdom lining (peritonitis), organs (add gall bladder, colon, kidney) or "referred" from lung, ribs
