my leg started itching one day and i scratched so hard it bled. it's healing but taking a while. i'm diabetic so i know it'll be slower too. ?

No: Diabetics heal the same as everybody else. When the have vascular insufficiency or neurotropic ulcers they have special healing issues. Is the itch gone? If not you may benefit by dermatology treatment.
