I have a rash that is worsening everyday. it started on my tummy and are now moving to my legs and arms. the rash is small patches over my body. it is not very clear, but it itches badly, especially after i have trained. allergies? treatment?

Dermatologist: Dermatological consult recommended. Hope you are not using the sauna or whirlpool. If it is an allergic reaction need to determine allergic o what? Did you change detergent or soap recently. Hydrocortisone may stop itching and edema.
