Lung nodules: Two years of stability for small lung nodules are generally sufficient to exclude malignancy. Biopsy should not be necessary. As far as the lymph nodes, malignancy is likewise highly unlikely, but discuss management with your doc, depending on the size/number of the nodes, there are other benign entities(for example sarcoid) that might need follow up.
