Depends: Treatment and prognosis depend on the kind of cancer (small cell or non-small cell), the stage (how advanced it is), and the general health of the patient. Best to you.

Need more info: Is it a single small nodule with no lymph node involvement or large> 2cm) nodules with lymph node involvement or multiple nodules which may represent malignancy from another organ. The first option has the best outlook, the other two have poorer outlooks.
