I seem to have paradoxical anxiety from 20mg celexa. i started a week ago... how long will this last, and will lowering my dose to 10mg help?

Possibly: If you have never been on Celexa or similar medications, you may be initially more sensitive to potential side effects. You mention you started a week ago. Was 20 mg your starting dose?
