Ive been on celexa (citalopram) 20mg for 5 days.the last 2 days ive had severe anxiety attaks hot flashes. if i stop taking it all together will i have withdrawal?

No: if you were started on 20mg, may be too much. Try 1/2 a pill for a week or two, but if you would like to stop you can.
