What is smallest dose of an antidepressant you can take? i tried 10mg of celexa (citalopram) and it made anxiety unbearable, i must be rare case

12.5 mg zoloft (sertraline) might: be tried, or 1/2 of a 10 mg dose of paxil (paroxetine) and see how you do. Just because celexa caused anxiety does not mean that the other SSRI antidepressants will do the same.
