Blood clot?: Pain in the calf that goes into the foot with swelling could signal a DVT. (deep vein thrombosis). This is unusual after knee arthroscopy, but certainly possible. Hopefully the ER did an ultrasound of your calf and leg to evaluate for this. If not, please see your surgeon urgently.
