Liver cysts : Simple liver cysts typically do not have an outer boundary of calcium. Hydatid cyst usually has a calcium-containing outer membrane, but without clinical history and ultrasound report, no conclusive decisions can be made.

NO: not necessarily: maybe be related to old calcified granulomas, cysts, scars. tumor or cancer
