Pericoronitis: You may suffer from the condition of pericoronitis, or a swollen gum surrounding a tooth. You also may have an abscess, periodontal or endodontal. Please schedule with your dentist. Fluctuant abscess should be treated with antibiotic to reduce the suppuration and lower the bacterial infection prior to treatment. Consult with your dentist.

See a dentist ASAP: A tooth infection won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your body. Dentist will treat a tooth abscess by treating the cause and getting rid of the infection. See your dentist ASAP for tooth infection treatment.
