Hi Ive recently been experiencing many different symptoms, think you can help? my primary is at a loss... ive gained 40 pounds in the last year, increased urine frequency, bowel movements have become much softer and different looking, been very fatigued,
Feel like poop is smaller volume than expected,but normal type 4.Every 2-3 weeks have very stinky loose dark blowout-type 5 then feel better.Difficulty losing weight.Often very low urine output, fatigued and light headed.Toxic bowel? Suggestions?

My doctor saw I had a hiatal hernia in the upper GI X-ray and I have really bad GERD symptoms but he refuses to prescribe me any medication without doing an endoscopy. I really dont want to get that test done- what meds do you recommend?
