I have a weakly positive ana and positive rnp. i also have fatigue, joint pain and swelling, dry cough and gerd symptoms. no raynaud's, though. ?

Big picture: My first concerns are whether your gerd is real -- get endoscoped, and it may be the cause of your cough and if so this is dangerous. There are several rnp's that speak either to mixed connective tissue disease or scleroderma; the latter's unlikely with no raynaud's though gerd can mimic the esophageal troubles. Just my thoughts; others will share as well.

Agree with Dr. F: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms warrant evaluation by a rheumatologist. Weakly positive ANA per se is not meaningful.
